New Generation Theatrical Ticketing

By purchasing a ticket to any event produced or presented by New Generation Theatrical (NGT), you agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Final
   Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final.

2. Event Changes
   NGT reserves the right to make changes to programming, schedules, or venues. Notice of significant changes will be provided when possible.

3. Release of Liability
   By attending an NGT event, patrons assume all risks associated with attendance and release NGT, its staff, contractors, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other loss incurred before, during, or after the event.

4. Photography & Video
   Events may be recorded, photographed, or live-streamed. By entering the venue, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, or voice in promotional or archival media without compensation. Patrons may appear in the background of such recordings.

5. Admission Rights
   NGT reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any patron whose conduct is disruptive or in violation of venue policies.
